Resham Patto Chili

A native chilli variety with intensely fruity, sweet and tangy flavors and an aroma that is reminiscent of ripe tomatoes, plums and kumquats. We almost want to bite into it. Simply put, it’s summer in a jar.

It has a distinct hue somewhere between orange and rust, rather than the typical red associated with a chili.

Resham patto offers a subtle heat with tons of flavors that leaves you wanting more. We love adding it on to pizza, hummus, roasted veg, eggs, salad dressing, marinara sauce, brownies, daals, spice rubs, and well pretty much everything for an added flavor punch.
