Your order will ship out within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping cost varies pending your location, and total purchase size and weight - US & International.
Thank you for your understanding and support of a small business - while we cannot afford to cover shipping costs, we do guarantee that items will ship securely in the most cost effective package.
Our Online Return Policy
*Please note that from Dec. 1 - Dec. 24, all purchases made are eligible for return until Dec. 30* For merchandise returned within 15 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. For store purchases, return windows will be determined by the purchase date.
We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original condition/packaging.
Reusable and protective face masks, earrings, West Perro Hats, and swimwear are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are a very small business and are not able to absorb additional shipping costs. All online returns are made at the expense of the customer and must be received within 15 days of the delivery date. All online returns must include original packaging and paperwork. Refunds will be issued (by us) within 3-5 business days. This does not account for any additional time due to your banking institution.
