Our Defective Product Return Policy

For merchandise that is received in defective condition, a claim must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date to kimmy@threadspun.co 

It is MANDATORY to provide the following:

• Your Order # 
• Your Phone Number 
• Photographs and/or video of the packaging upon opening and product that was damaged

The damaged product(s) must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of filing your claim.
